Milton Art Gallery
The Milton Art Gallery is an elegant, friendly gallery situated in beautiful surroundings next to the river Dee just 20 minutes west of Aberdeen.
Since its inception in 1997 we have built strong relationships with many notable, well established Scottish Contemporary artists including Francis Boag, Kanita Sim, Peter Goodfellow, Iain Carby, Debbie Neill, Sandie Youngson, Kathleen Bremner and Jenny Musker to name a few.
We showcase a permanent but changing collection of original paintings from these featured artists alongside an impressive range of ceramics, designer jewellery, prints, mounted originals and glass wear. We also boast the largest selection of bronzes in the North East.
In addition we continue to support and promote local artists, both emerging and established, with our bi-annual mixed shows. These shows are well known for the eclectic mix of medium and style.
Our location within a renovated farm steading complex provides an attractive destination for a day out including as it does The Milton Brasserie, Rustiques, The Wee Boorachie, Atholl Countrywear, a childrens play area and the Visitor Centre for the Royal Deeside Railway Preservation Society where short train rides are available.
